We are excited to share our dumpling passions with the Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Alliance‘s Lunar New Year Celebration! This special event will be led by our award-winning chef Linda Lam on Friday, February 25 at 11AM EST!
We will walk participants through making delicious traditional Chinese dumplings from scratch, including how to roll the dough, make the filling, wrap the dumplings, and more. To participate, please purchase our DIY dumpling kit below (though we also encourage you to purchase our famous house-blend sauces!). Each DIY dumpling kit comes packed with sustainably-sourced ingredients to make 20-25 dumplings during our hands-on workshop, along with some goodies such as samples of our signature dipping sauces!
Note: Due to shipping constraints, our DIY dumpling kits do not come with the protein source. You will need to obtain 1/2 lb of ground chicken or pork on your own, readily available at any local grocery store.
